2025 Updates
For 2025 there have been a few changes
Scheduling: Clients will still be able to request dates by email or online, but the online request appointment scheduler has been replaced with a request form and a calendar to show current availability. Scheduling dates may now be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to the requested shift. This change is in an effort to provide more flexibility with short notice needs (illness, unexpected need for coverage). Requests can still be made for any date(s) in 2025 and will be added to a request list until closer to the time of confirmation.
Regions Served: The area where relief services are available has been expanded to include the entire state of Virginia and North Carolina! For long-distance clinics outside of the Richmond, VA region, there will be an additional per hour charge dependent on location to be disclosed on contract signing.
Rates: Rates have been updated for 2025 to reflect demand for services. The fee structure and updated prices are available on the rates page.
